Introduction: Due to the increasing number of deaths from trauma, determining the severity of injury to an injured person has a very important role in determining the prognosis of the patient, and on the other hand, using this system of evaluation, the quality of medical care in patients can also be assessed. Several different scales in this area have been used to determine the severity of trauma in a traumatic traumatic patient, in which the methods of calculation and their application have been presented in the present study.
Methods:  The present study is an overview of the type that is not available with Search at the bases of Google Scholar, Magiran, Medline, Springer, SID Scopus, PubMed, and using the keywords Severity of Trauma, Trauma Scoring, Trauma, Trauma Scoring Systems, without taking into account the range It was time to get.
Results: Methods for measuring the severity of the trauma are different according to the anatomical, physiological and peripheral parameters of the trauma. AIS, Injury Severity Score (ISS and NISS), Revised Trauma Score (RTS), Physiological Parameters and Trauma Score Injury Severity Score (TRISS) and ASCOST, are a type of combined ranking system.
Conclusion: In the event that accurate scientific assessments of traumatic and traumatic methods and the timely application of each method are appropriately implemented, appropriate improvements will be made in the development of traumatic care and these systems will provide ongoing and future trauma care Play an important role .
